Please be advised that beginning in April, all practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be held at Rustic Canyon.

Practice Schedule: Our practices are held twice a week and focus on individual skill development, team dynamics, and strategic play. Each session is tailored to challenge athletes at every level, while also providing the guidance they need to improve. Our dedicated coaching staff uses a variety of drills, scrimmages, and feedback to ensure players continuously improve in areas such as shooting, defense, ball handling, and basketball IQ. The competitive energy in each practice pushes players to excel and learn how to perform under pressure.
Game Schedule: Our teams compete in local and regional leagues, providing players with regular game opportunities that test their skills in real-game situations. With multiple games scheduled throughout the season, players will have the chance to showcase what they’ve worked on during practice. We believe in a balanced schedule that provides plenty of opportunities for competition, while also allowing for development and rest.

How to Join: To become part of our club and experience the One Goal difference, families must contact us directly and complete the registration process. Players must also pay the season fee to officially secure their spot on the team. The season fee covers all practice facilities, coaching, uniforms, and league fees.
